Name Pre-Approval

Corporations Canada offers a name pre-approval service. If a proposed name is not approved, the articles of incorporation must be rejected. We therefore recommend obtaining pre-approval of your name before filing your articles of incorporation. Please fax your request to 613-941-5782 or write to Corporations Canada.
