Annex 1 - What is included in a request to cancel a certificate and articles further to a court order?

Your request must include:

  1. The corporate name and corporation number
  2. Contact information, including an email address, of the person making the request
  3. The name of the certificate and articles you would like to cancel, and the effective date of the certificate
  4. Indicate that the request is made further to a court order and attach the court order

There is no filing fee associated with a cancellation request.
