It has been determined, pursuant to subsection 160(2) of the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, for the annual meeting of members for the financial year ending April 30, 2016, that Harbour Authority of Salt Spring Island is authorized to extend the time for calling the annual meeting of members to January 31, 2017.
