It has been determined, pursuant to subsection 160(2) of the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, for the annual meeting of members for the financial year ending March 31, 2017, that INTERAGENCY COALITION ON AIDS AND DEVELOPMENT / COALITION INTERAGENCE SIDA ET DÉVELOPPEMENT is authorized to extend the time for calling the annual meeting of members to November 24, 2017. The Corporation is required to provide unaudited financial statements to members at or before the annual meeting for the ongoing financial year.

It has been determined, pursuant to subsection 160(2) of the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, for the annual meeting of members for the financial year ending December 31, 2016, that Can Praxis EAL is authorized to extend the time for calling the annual meeting of members to December 31, 2017.
