Obtaining authorization will give you access to the Railway Tool, which includes access to a:
- search function to search the secure railway documents database
- deposit function to submit railway documents under sections 104 and 105 of the Canada Transportation Act.
Corporations Canada grants access to organizations (accounting firms, law firms and corporate service providers) that regularly file or deal with Corporations Canada regarding railway documents.
Request authorization to the Railway Tool.
If you are granted access, Corporations Canada will email you a secure code to activate your account.
Note: You must activate your account within the time frame specified in the email.
